  Was so disappointed. stake over cooked salad was very soggie an family had cold food that should of been hot.came on holiday an was shocked.no Customer service an toulk 2hrs for our meals.wont be returning to this place..rather the local pub.

  Our family outing for a meal rates as one of the poorest dining experiences I've ever had...
  Wait times were ridulous considering the number of staff to number of diners. The service was non existent. 2 of the 3 adults at our table sat there with no drink from after entree till leaving. When meals were delivered, the only ONE thing they got right was my steak. I must say that my steak got full marks but that's where it ended. My ribs were dry tough and tasteless. Adult 2 had ordered a med to well done steak that was a tad over rare. Adult 3 ordered 'what a catch'. It was greasy and tasteless and the curly fries that they actually served with it appeared to be the last few broken scraps from the bottom of the bag thrown into the deep fry.
  Oh forgot to mention our bread for entree was so greasy it left a pool of oil on the board it was served on. They may have been able to fix our meals promptly if the waitress had bothered to check back with our table shortly after meal delivery, but our table remained unattended until we left.
  So, what was a very rare opportunity to be able to enjoy a night out with a great meal was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
  If this was my restaurant I would sack the lot of them and employ some good quality staff who are efficient and proud of their efforts.

  Terrible service , staff have no idea what is going on waited way too long for our meals and drinks. Food served up not fit for my dog , then the silly manager didnt want to know she just stared into space when we complained. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS A FLAMING JOKE , THE SERVICE YOU GET IS CRAP, WONT BE LONG BEFORE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS

  Food was good, had to send steak back twice as they obviously can't cook a well done then had to get grilled chicken instead and only receiving $5 off and still had to pay for the chicken. What a joke!!
